Curiara 2026 Pool

The Curiara Pool will award a prize to the participant with the highest cumulative score on their predictions.

The winner will receive 1,000 €/$ in remittances, to be sent in full or in part over the course of a year. 

AWARDS

There will be one (1) grand prize winner who will receive a prize equivalent to 1,000 €/$ (depending on their currency of origin) in credit, applicable exclusively to sending remittances through the Curiara platform. This balance will be available for use in full or in installments during a continuous period of twelve (12) consecutive months beginning on the date the prize is awarded.

BASES FOR PARTICIPATION

The following individuals may participate in the sweepstakes, provided they meet the following requirements:
Be registered as active customers on the Curiara platform.
Have made at least one (1) successful remittance between May and June 28, 2026.
Download and open the official Quiniela Curiara app for customers.
Complete the registration process on that app and submit your predictions for the Round of 32 by June 28, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. (Spanish time).

The system will automatically verify compliance with submission requirements; if the user has no transactions during the specified period, the platform will not grant access. Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winner will be determined based on their performance in the Quiniela Curiara. The participant who has accumulated the most points for correct predictions by the end of the competition will be declared the overall winner.
In the event of a tie, the platform will apply the tie-breaking criteria established in the pool app.
The official winner will be announced publicly on July 20, 2026, via the Instagram Stories on Curiara’s official account, @enviatucuriara. The winner will also be contacted by email using the contact information provided in their Curiara account.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

For an entry to be valid, the customer must have correctly completed all the required steps and met the specified deadlines.

Any entry that is incomplete, attempts to circumvent the system, or fails to comply with these terms will be automatically disqualified. Participation in this promotion implies express acceptance of the terms and conditions described herein.

PROMOTION ORGANIZER

CURIARA SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS S.L. (hereinafter, “CURIARA”), with its registered office in Madrid and Tax ID number B-88568944, is organizing the Quiniela Curiara 2026 promotion (the “Promotion”), with the aim of rewarding and fostering loyalty among its community through its platform and the social media platform Instagram. This Promotion shall be governed by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

EXTENDED LEGAL BASES

Communication of the award
The winner will be notified via a direct message from Curiara's official Instagram profile (@enviatucuriara) and by email associated with their account.

Once we have verified that you meet all the requirements, we will arrange for the award to be credited directly to your user profile.

Additional terms and conditions
CURIARA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or extend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. The prize is personal and non-transferable; it may not be exchanged for cash (withdrawals to the winner’s own bank accounts), alternative products, or transferred to third parties. It is to be used exclusively for the remittance service to destinations authorized by the platform. If the winner does not claim or is unable to use the prize for any reason, they will automatically forfeit their right to it.

Promotion Communication
CURIARA will publicly announce the promotion through its official Instagram accounts and other social media platforms, as well as via push notifications in the app and emails, and may supplement this with advertising campaigns.

Restrictions on participation
Partners, executives, employees, or immediate family members of CURIARA or of companies involved in the organization, production, distribution, or promotion of this campaign are not eligible to participate in this edition of the contest, including:
Related distribution companies, franchisees, or dealerships.
Companies that provide products or services related to the campaign.
Agencies responsible for the planning, design, or promotion of this campaign.
(Note: Curiara's internal staff will have access to a separate platform and workflow intended exclusively for employees.).

Territorial scope
This promotion is open to all shippers operating from any of the countries where Curiara provides origin services, provided they meet the specified shipping conditions.

Promoted Brand
The brand promoted in this campaign is CURIARA.

Description of awards
The overall winner will receive 1,000 €/$, which can be used exclusively to pay for money transfers made through the Curiara app for a maximum period of twelve (12) months.

Promotion Mechanics
Participation in the Promotion is free, except for the mandatory requirement of having previously made a money transfer, as well as any costs associated with internet access and downloading the app, which are the responsibility of the participant.

Personal data
Entries that do not include all the required information or that contain incorrect information will not be accepted. If personal information is false, incomplete, or out of date, CURIARA reserves the right to invalidate the entry and revoke the corresponding prize.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation, CURIARA informs users that the personal data they voluntarily provide will be included in an automated database owned and managed by CURIARA.
By participating in the Promotion, the participant expressly authorizes CURIARA to use their personal data provided on Instagram to administer this Promotion.
CURIARA will use the requested personal data solely to verify that participants and winners meet the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions. Once this purpose has been fulfilled, the personal data appearing on the public Instagram profile will not be included in any CURIARA database.
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer the Promotion in any way, nor is it affiliated with it.

5. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to CURIARA’s discretion in resolving any issues arising from the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions.
CURIARA is not liable for incidents or events of any kind caused by a computer system failure due to force majeure; nor is it liable for incidents arising from circumstances such as a failure in the telephone, computer, or electrical networks, or those caused by external natural factors (atmospheric, climatic), or by the poor performance of the companies providing such services.
CURIARA is not liable for any errors, incidents, or damages that may arise during the course of the Promotion and that are attributable to third parties managing it.
CURIARA is not responsible for the use of the prize by the winner.
CURIARA will not be liable for any incidents that occur after delivery and while the prize is being enjoyed.
CURIARA is not liable for any losses, delays, or other circumstances attributable to third parties or the Internet that may affect participation in or the conduct of the Promotion.
Likewise, CURIARA is not responsible for any errors that participants may make when providing their personal data.
CURIARA reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Promotion at any time, provided there is just cause or a force majeure event, and undertakes to communicate the new legal terms, the terms and conditions of the Promotion, or its definitive cancellation.
CURIARA reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or postpone its Promotion, in which case it agrees to make this fact public. In the event that the Promotion is temporarily suspended during its run or its start date is postponed, the participation systems initially established will be blocked; however, any entries already obtained by users up to that date will be retained when the Promotion is reactivated.
CURIARA reserves the right, if deemed necessary, to leave the prize vacant.
CURIARA aims to ensure that the Promotion is conducted with equal opportunities for all participants. Therefore, any abusive or fraudulent use of these Terms and Conditions will result in the participant’s disqualification from the Promotion, denial of entry, and denial of access to the participant in question.
In the event that CURIARA or any entity professionally associated with the Promotion detects any irregularity or suspects that a participant is hindering the normal course of their participation in the Promotion by illegally altering their registration or participation through any technical or computer-based means in order to falsify their participation, it may unilaterally remove that participant’s registration. In this regard, it is important to note that CURIARA and the companies involved in the management and production of this Promotion have implemented the necessary technological measures to detect any possible fraudulent, abnormal, or malicious conduct intended to alter participation in the Promotion with the aim of obtaining a prize or refund unlawfully. Therefore, CURIARA reserves the right to remove from the registry any participant who is found to have engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, irregular conduct as described above, without any prior notice to said participant.
Entries that do not include the required information or contain incorrect information will not be accepted. If personal information is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, CURIARA may not award the prizes to the winners, if applicable.
By participating in this Promotion, the participant expressly consents to CURIARA using his or her name for the purpose of announcing the winner of the Promotion to other users, without the participant receiving any compensation.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. The prize is non-transferable. The commercialization and/or sale of the prize is prohibited. If any actions aimed at reselling the prize are detected (whether directly or indirectly under the guise of the sale or donation of another product), CURIARA will immediately demand the return of the prize and reserves the right to take appropriate extrajudicial and judicial measures, including those intended to protect its corporate image. Furthermore, it may report such actions to the appropriate authorities.
When the prize is covered by the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty, in the event of a failure or malfunction of the item, winners must contact the technical support department of the supplier or manufacturer, and CURIARA shall be exempt from any liability arising from the failure or malfunction of the item.
When the prize consists of a trip, it is understood that—unless expressly stated otherwise—the following are excluded from the prize: the winners’ travel expenses and, where applicable, those of their companions to the designated departure point, airport or other station fees, additional hotel expenses, any fuel surcharges, visa fees, and any other expenses related to goods or services that fall outside the definition of the prize as detailed in these Terms and Conditions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The content, trademarks, and materials that are part of this Promotion are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and/or other proprietary rights and applicable laws. No material from these pages may be copied, reproduced, modified, published, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of CURIARA and in accordance with the provisions of these Legal Terms.
TAXATION
The prizes for this Promotion are subject to applicable tax laws.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
To the extent not provided for in these Terms and Conditions, this Promotion shall be governed by the applicable Spanish laws in effect at the time it is conducted.
For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation and application of these Legal Terms, both CURIARA and the participants in this Promotion expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Madrid.
CURIARA reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who engages in any act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the Promotion.
