1. ORGANISER

CURIARA SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS S.L. («CURIARA»), with registered office in Madrid and Tax ID number B-88568944, is organising the “Valientes que Inspiran” (the «Promotion») prize draw.

2. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION

Recognising stories of migrant bravery and rewarding two participants by delivering a round-trip air ticket for each winner.
In addition, remittance codes will be given to selected stories for dissemination, except for the winners of the air ticket.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Be over 18 years of age.
Be a migrant residing outside their country of origin.
Be registered on the Curiara platform.
Fill in the official raffle form.
Send a vertical video or a written account + 3 photographs of good quality.
Provide complete and truthful personal data.
Accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
Declare that the content submitted is original and holds all necessary rights.

Note: Participation is free of charge.

4. DURATION

Deadline for participation: until 10 January 2026
Announcement of winners: 12 January 2026

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS

5.1 Number of winners: Two (2).
5.2 Method of selection - SIMPLE VOTING: Winners will be selected by a simple vote of all Curiara employees. The decision will be final and not subject to appeal.

6. MAIN PRIZE: AIR TICKET

6.1 Nature of the award: Each winner will receive a round-trip air ticket, economy class, for one person.
6.2 Permitted routes: Between the winner's country of residence in USA OR EUROPE.USA or Europe ↔ Venezuela.
6.3 Validity: The passage shall be used only during 2026. It is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
6.4 Passenger management: Curiara will coordinate the purchase through its partner travel agency, agreeing dates, airports and availability with the winner. Subsequent changes will be the responsibility of the winner.
6.5 Exclusions: Does not include visas, documentation, hotels, transfers, extra baggage, upgrades, penalties, insurance or personal expenses.

7. SECONDARY AWARD

Stories selected for dissemination will receive a 100 €/100 remittance code $, according to country of residence.
Important: The two winners of the air ticket will NOT receive the remittance code.

8. AUTHORISATION FOR USE OF CONTENT

Participants authorise Curiara to use their stories (text, photos, video) in:

Social networks (organic and paid mediaMeta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Website and blogs
Newsletters
Institutional and promotional communications
Any other Curiara media

The participants grant Curiara a non-exclusive, worldwide, free and indefinite license to reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate and edit the content.
They declare that the content is original and exempt Curiara from liability towards third parties.

9. DATA PROCESSING

In accordance with the RGPD and LOPD 3/2018, The data will be used exclusively for the management of the sweepstakes, verification of requirements, contacting winners and publication of stories.

10. EXCLUSIONS

Curiara employees, suppliers, immediate family members and anyone else involved in the organisation are not eligible to participate.

11. RESPONSIBILITY

Curiara is not responsible for technical failures, internet problems, errors in data provided, incidents during the trip, immigration documentation or airline decisions.
The winner assumes responsibility for his/her immigration status.
