ORGANIZER
CURIARA SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS S.L. («CURIARA»), with registered office in Madrid and VAT number B-88568944, organizes the sweepstakes “Valientes que Inspiran” (the «Promotion»).
2. OBJECT OF THE PROMOTION
To recognize stories of migrant bravery and to award two participants through the delivery of a round-trip air ticket for each winner.
In addition, remittance codes will be given to selected stories for dissemination, except for the winners of the air ticket.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Be over 18 years of age.
Be a migrant residing outside your country of origin.
Be registered on the Curiara platform.
Complete the official sweepstakes form.
Send a vertical video or a written story + 3 photographs of good quality.
Provide complete and truthful personal data.
Accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Declare that the content submitted is original and possesses all the necessary rights.
Note: Participation is free of charge.
4. DURATION
Deadline for participation: until January 10, 2026
Announcement of winners: January 12, 2026
5. SELECTION OF WINNERS
5.1 Number of winners: Two (2).
5.2 Method of selection - SIMPLE VOTING: Winners will be selected by a simple vote of all Curiara employees. The decision will be final and not subject to appeal.
6. MAIN PRIZE: AIR TICKET
6.1 Nature of the award: Each winner will receive a round-trip air ticket, economy class, for one person.
6.2 Permitted routes: Enter the winner's country of residence in U.S. OR EUROPE.USA or Europe ↔ Venezuela.
6.3 Validity: The ticket should be used only during 2026. It is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6.4 Passage management: Curiara will coordinate the purchase through its travel agency partner, agreeing dates, airports and availability with the winner. Subsequent changes will be the responsibility of the winner.
6.5 Exclusions: Does not include visas, documentation, hotels, transfers, extra baggage, upgrades, penalties, insurance or personal expenses.
7. SECONDARY AWARD
Stories selected for broadcast will receive a 100 €/100 remittance code $, by country of residence.
Important: The two airline ticket winners will NOT receive the remittance code.
8. AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF CONTENT
Participants authorize Curiara to use their stories (text, photos, video) in:
Social networks (organic and paid mediaMeta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Website and blogs
Newsletters
Institutional and promotional communications
Any other Curiara media
Participants award Curiara a non-exclusive, worldwide, free of charge, indefinite license to reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate and edit the content.
They declare that the content is original and exempt Curiara from liability to third parties.
9. DATA PROCESSING
In accordance with the RGPD and LOPD 3/2018, The data will be used exclusively for sweepstakes management, verification of requirements, contacting winners and publication of stories.

10. EXCLUSIONS
Curiara employees, suppliers, immediate family members or anyone involved in the organization are not eligible to participate.
11. RESPONSIBILITY
Curiara is not responsible for technical failures, internet problems, errors in data provided, incidents during the trip, immigration documentation or airline decisions.
The winner assumes responsibility for his/her immigration status.
12. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
Curiara may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion for justified causes or force majeure, communicating it through the official channels.
13. APPLICABLE LAW
The Promotion is governed by the Spanish legislation. Disputes will be resolved by the Madrid Courts and Tribunals.
